You can access this page by clicking Integrations in the left sidebar.
Scheduling
Under the Scheduling section, you will see two main options:
Manage Calendar Availability
Microsoft Outlook
Setting Booking Availability
Click Manage Calendar Availability to configure your hours.
General Settings
You can set:
Timezone
Appointment duration (minutes)
Appointment duration must be a whole number between 5 and 200 minutes.
This determines the length of appointments your Voice Agent will offer.
Weekly Hours
Under Weekly hours, you can define when your clinic is available.
For each day of the week:
Click Add block.
Select a start time.
Select an end time.
Save the time block.
You can create multiple time blocks per day if needed, for example:
9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
If no blocks are added for a specific day, the Voice Agent will not offer appointments on that day.
You can remove time blocks at any time.
Microsoft Outlook Integration
You can connect your Microsoft Outlook calendar to allow your Voice Agent to:
Check real time availability
Avoid double bookings
Automatically create calendar events
Connecting Outlook
Click Microsoft Outlook.
Click Connect Outlook Calendar.
Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Approve the required permissions.
Once connected, your Voice Agent will sync with your Outlook calendar.
Important Notes
Make sure your timezone matches your clinic location.
Ensure appointment duration reflects your standard booking time.
If your calendar is not connected, the Voice Agent cannot confirm real time availability.
Only authorized users should manage integrations.
