Signing In to Autochart.ai Voice
If you already have an account:
Go to the Autochart.ai Voice login page: voice.autochart.ai
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Click Sign in.
If your credentials are correct, you will be taken directly into your Voice dashboard.
Creating a New Account
If you are new to Autochart.ai Voice:
Click Sign up here on the sign in page.
Enter your email address.
Enter your name.
Create a password that:
Is at least 12 characters
Includes at least one special character
Confirm your password.
Click Create account.
Once your account is created, you will be prompted to complete your clinic setup.
Completing Clinic Setup
After signing up, you will need to enter your clinic details.
You will be asked to provide:
Clinic name
Country
Timezone
Clinic phone number
Clinic address
Province or state
Primary contact name
Primary contact email
EMR system
After completing all required fields, click Complete setup.
This information ensures the Voice Agent is configured correctly for your location, time zone, and workflow.
Resetting Your Password
If you cannot remember your password:
Click Forgot password? on the sign in screen.
Enter your email address.
Click Send reset link.
Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email.
You will be asked to create a new password that:
Is at least 12 characters
Includes at least one special character
After resetting, return to the sign in page and log in with your new password.
Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure your email address is entered correctly.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the reset email.
Ensure your password meets the minimum requirements.
If the page does not load, try refreshing, clearing browsing data (cache specifically) using an updated browser.
