What You See on the Subscription Page
At the top of the page, you will see your Organization Information, which includes:
Clinic Name
Organization ID
Date Created
Country
Timezone
Clinic Phone Number
Clinic Address
Province or State
Primary Contact Name
Primary Contact Email
EMR System
This section contains the core details used to configure your Voice Agent and ensure proper billing alignment.
Editing Organization Information
To update your organization details:
Click the Edit button in the top right corner of the Organization section.
Update the necessary fields.
Click Save to apply changes.
Click Cancel if you do not wish to keep the changes.

hese settings help ensure:
Your Voice Agent operates in the correct timezone
Calls are linked to the correct clinic phone number
Your primary contact information is accurate
EMR configuration is properly aligned
Important Notes
Changes made here affect the organization, not just your personal account.
Only authorized users should update organization details.
Incorrect timezone or phone number settings may affect Voice Agent behavior.
If you need to update billing plans or make subscription changes beyond clinic details, contact support.
