Troubleshooting Login Issues

Encountering login problems? Here’s how to resolve common issues with accessing your Autochart.ai account.

Please make sure you are logging in at the following link: app.autochart.ai

Incorrect Credentials

  • Ensure your email and password are entered correctly, paying close attention to capitalization and special characters.

  • If you still can’t log in, consider resetting your password by clicking Forgot Password on the login page.

Locked Account

  • For security reasons, your account may lock temporarily after multiple failed login attempts.

  • Wait 15 minutes and try logging in again.

Verification Email Not Received

NOTE: Depending on your email provider and security settings, verification emails can take anywhere from a few seconds up to 5 minutes. If your email is taking more than 5 minutes please consider the following.

  • Look for the email in your Spam or Junk folders.

  • Check if your email inbox is full or if your provider has blocked the email.

  • Resend the verification email if needed after the required time

  • Try SMS Verification if you have a phone number on your account. If there is no phone number or the wrong number, please contact our Support Team to add a phone number on file.

  • If none of the above work, contact [email protected]
