Locked Account
For security reasons, your account may lock temporarily after multiple failed login attempts.
Wait 15 minutes and try logging in again.
Verification Email Not Received
NOTE: Depending on your email provider and security settings, verification emails can take anywhere from a few seconds up to 5 minutes. If your email is taking more than 5 minutes please consider the following.
Look for the email in your Spam or Junk folders.
Check if your email inbox is full or if your provider has blocked the email.
Resend the verification email if needed after the required time
Try SMS Verification if you have a phone number on your account. If there is no phone number or the wrong number, please contact our Support Team to add a phone number on file.
