🔊 1. Microphone Isn’t Working
Most common causes & fixes (iOS + Android):
✔ Microphone permissions not enabled
Go to your device Settings → Apps/App Permissions → Autochart.ai
Make sure Microphone access is turned ON
✔ Another app is using the microphone
Close apps like:
Voice Memos
Zoom / Teams
WhatsApp
Phone or video-call apps
Then reopen Autochart.ai and try again.
✔ Bluetooth audio interfering
Disconnect headphones or in-car Bluetooth.
Select your Default Microphone inside the app if needed.
🎙️ 2. Recording Pauses, Stops, or Won’t Start
✔ Weak or unstable internet
Move to stronger Wi-Fi or mobile data.
If needed, toggle Airplane Mode off/on to reset your connection.
✔ Battery Saver / Low Power Mode enabled
Low Power Mode may restrict microphone or background processes.
Disable it temporarily.
✔ Too many apps running
Force-close unused apps to free memory.
Restart your device if the issue continues.
📝 3. Transcript Not Appearing
✔ Recording was too short
Record at least 5 seconds for processing to begin.
✔ Incorrect input language
Make sure the spoken language matches the selected input language(s).
Update under Input Languages before recording.
✔ Temporary processing delay
Wait a few seconds — slower networks may take slightly longer.
⚙️ 4. Slow or Failed Note Generation
✔ Spotty internet connection
Stable internet is required for generating notes.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
✔ Long recordings
Recordings over 60–120 minutes may take longer to process.
Shorter sessions process faster.
✔ App pushed to background
Stay on the screen while note generation begins.
📤 5. I Can Only See a Preview of My Note
This is expected — the mobile app shows a preview with key sections.
To access:
Full note
Document export
Full chart history
Please log in through the Autochart.ai web application.
🌐 6. Login Issues or Missing Verification Codes
✔ Didn’t receive email code?
Check Spam/Junk
Try searching for “Autochart.ai”
Ensure your email is correct
✔ SMS not arriving?
Ensure your phone number is correct
Disable VPNs or Wi-Fi calling temporarily
If you still don’t receive a code, email [email protected] and we’ll help right away.
🔄 7. App Freezing, Crashing, or Feeling Slow
✔ Force close the app
Then reopen it.
✔ Restart your device
Simple but highly effective.
✔ Update the app
Ensure you’re on the latest version via the App Store or Google Play.
✔ Reinstall
Safe to do — all your charts are cloud-stored and remain intact.
🌍 8. Language Not Appearing in the Input List
✔ Use the search bar
Some languages are listed under regional variations.
✔ Ensure your app is updated
New languages are added frequently.
If a language is missing, let us know at [email protected] — we’re happy to request it.
📂 9. Missing Charts or Empty Chart List
✔ Processing may still be ongoing
Give it 1–2 minutes.
✔ Refresh the app
Close and reopen the app.
✔ Check network connection
Poor network at the time of upload could delay syncing.
If a chart still doesn’t appear, message us through the chat or email [email protected] so we can locate it for you.
