1. Go to Autochart.ai's website
Open your browser and navigate to autochart.ai.
2. Click "Sign Up"
On the homepage, locate and click the "Sign Up" button.
3. Enter a Valid Email Address
Format Correctly: Ensure your email address follows the standard format:
[email protected]. For example,[email protected].No Spaces: Email addresses do not support spaces; avoid leaving any unintended gaps.
Use Allowed Characters: Stick to letters, numbers, dots, underscores, and dashes for the username (e.g.,
john_doe123). Special characters like#,%, or&are not allowed.Double-Check the Domain: Popular domains include
gmail.com,yahoo.com, andoutlook.com. Misspellings likegamil.comwill lead to errors.Be Consistent: Use an email address that you have access to and check regularly.
4. Choose a Strong Password
Set a strong password for added security.
5. Submit Your Details
Click the Continue button to proceed.
6. Save Your Login Details
Write down or securely store your email and password using a password manager.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To enhance security, Autochart.ai requires two-factor authentication (2FA) during login.
What to Expect: After entering your email and password, and providing your phone number, you’ll receive a verification code.
Troubleshooting 2FA Issues:
If the code doesn’t arrive via SMS, verify your phone number or select the option to resend the code.
Switch to email-based authentication if SMS isn't working.

Device Trust Option: You can choose to trust your device for 30 days, so 2FA won’t prompt on the same device during this period.
