The Integrations section in Settings allows you to look over active and request integrations between Autochart.ai directly with your preferred EMR or medical software. Once active integrations are added, this will be where you can activate your integration as well.
How to Access Integrations:
Log in to your Autochart.ai account.
From the left-side menu, open Settings and head to Integrations
You will see:
Integration selection dropdown
Active Integrations
Requested Integrations
Custom Integration request form
Connect to an Available EMR:
There are currently no active or available EMR integrations. However we are working on integrations with many of them and will keep you updated as soon as it is ready to go. The process can tend to be slow due to the amount of planning, paperwork, etc.
How to Request an Integration from the Integration List:
If your EMR appears in the Select an Integration dropdown, you can submit an integration request directly from the list.
Select Your EMR:
Under Select an Integration, click the dropdown field.
Choose your EMR from the list.
Once selected, the system will automatically submit the integration request. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen stating:
“Integration request for ‘[EMR Name]’ has been submitted.”The EMR will now appear under Requested Integrations.
At this stage:
The integration is not yet active.
Our team will review the request and contact you if any additional steps are required.
If your EMR does not appear in the dropdown list, please use the Request a Custom Integration section below to submit it manually.
Request a Custom Integration:
If your EMR is not listed, you can request a new integration.
Scroll to Request a Custom Integration.
Enter the Integration Name.
Add any helpful details in Additional Details (optional).
Example: “I use this EMR and would like an integration if possible.”
Click Submit Request.
We will review your request and keep you updated
What Happens After You Submit?
After submitting your request:
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen indicating your integration request has been successfully submitted.
The EMR will now appear under Requested Integrations.
Our team will review the request and follow up if additional details are needed.
Example confirmation message:
“Integration request for ‘[EMR Name]’ has been submitted.”
View Requested Integrations
Any EMRs you have requested will appear under Requested Integrations.
If no requests have been made, this section will display:
“No integrations requested.”
Remove a Requested Integration
If you no longer need a requested integration:
Go to the Requested Integrations section.
Click the remove icon beside the integration name.
