You can connect your Autochart.ai Voice account to Autochart.ai to automatically transfer patient intake information and create Scheduled Encounters with context from Voice calls.
Why Connect Autochart.ai Voice?
When connected:
Patient intake information transfers automatically
Scheduled Encounters can be created in Autochart.ai
Call context is preserved
Documentation workflow becomes seamless
Manual data entry is reduced
Step 1: Generate an Authentication Code in Autochart.ai
Log in to your Autochart.ai account.
In the left sidebar, click AyaVoice.
Under AyaVoice Authentication Code, click Generate Code.
A unique authentication code will appear.
Copy the code.
Important:
Keep this code secure.
Do not share it with unauthorized users.
If needed, you can click Regenerate Code to create a new one.
Step 2: Connect the Account in Autochart.ai Voice
Log in to Autochart.ai Voice.
Click Autochart.ai Accounts in the left sidebar.
Click Connect Account.
Enter:
The email associated with your Autochart.ai account
The authentication code generated in Step 1
Click Connect.
Step 3: Confirm Connection
Once successfully connected:
The account will appear in the Autochart.ai Accounts list.
If no accounts are connected, you will see a message indicating no connection.
Managing Connected Accounts
On the Autochart.ai Accounts page, you can:
View connected accounts
Edit a connection
Remove a connection
Only authorized users should manage account connections.
Troubleshooting
If the connection fails:
Ensure the authentication code was copied correctly.
Confirm the email matches your Autochart.ai login.
Regenerate the authentication code and try again.
Note: You can only connect an Autochart.ai account to 1 Autochart.ai Voice account, not multiple.
