🟢 To begin recording:
On your dashboard, click Start Recording to open the Recording Window (also called the Recording Modal).
At the top of the modal, you’ll see two recording mode options: In-Person and Telehealth.
By default, the system assumes In-Person mode.
If you're conducting a virtual consult, click Telehealth before starting the session.
❗ Telehealth mode is currently not supported on mobile.
If you're using a phone, switch to speaker mode to allow your device microphone to pick up audio from the call.
🖥️ When you select Telehealth:
A browser pop-up will appear, prompting you to choose which screen or tab you’d like to share audio from.
Windows Users:
Select either the specific browser tab or choose Entire Screen to capture audio.
✅ Make sure to check Also share system audio or Share tab audio before clicking Share.MacOS Users:
Only tab sharing is supported due to browser limitations.
✅ Ensure the Share tab audio checkbox is enabled.
Once screen-sharing begins, Autochart will begin capturing system audio from your video call, just like a microphone would in In-Person mode.
