With the "Learn My Style" feature, you can teach Autochart.ai how you write your clinical notes! By uploading your own example notes, Autochart.ai will learn your unique style and help generate notes that look just the way you like them.
How to Set Up "Learn My Style"
Step 1: Open Settings
Click on your name in the top-left corner of the screen.
In the menu that appears, click Settings.
Step 2: Go to AI Settings
In the Settings menu, click the AI Settings tab.
2. Next, click the Note Types tab.
3. Now, click the Learn My Style button.
Step 3: Add Your Example Notes
You will now see the Learn My Style window. Here’s what you can do:
Type or Paste a Note: You can manually enter or paste an example of how you usually write your notes.
Upload a Note File: Click the Upload Files button to add a
.docxor.txtfile. The content of the file will automatically appear in the text box for editing.Add More Examples: Click Add Another Example Note to upload multiple notes. The more examples you provide, the better Autochart.ai will learn your style.
Step 4: Formatting & Naming
Formatting Help: The "Format Instructions" box explains how to use bold, italics, and headings in the editor. If you upload a file, the system will format it for you automatically.
Name Your Note Type: Enter a name for this custom note type in the Note Type Name field.
Step 5: Save Your New Note Type
When you’re happy with your example notes, click Submit.
You must add at least one example note before submitting.
Autochart.ai will now create a new Note Type based on your style.
This new Note Type will automatically become your default. You can change your default note type anytime in the Note Types tab.
Alternative Method: Learn My Style from an Existing Note
There’s another way to use "Learn My Style"—directly from an existing note!
Step 1: Open the Document View
Click on an encounter in the Encounters View.
This will take you to the Documents View, where you can see your note.
Step 2: Click the "Learn My Style" Button
Look for the film reel icon and click it.
This will open the "Learn My Style" window, just like before, but this time, the note from your current chart will already be filled in!
Step 3: Adjust & Submit
You can edit the pre-filled note, add more example notes, or upload additional files.
Click Submit when you’re ready.
What Happens Next?
Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully created your own custom Note Type!
This new Note Type is now your default style.
You can switch default Note Types in the Note Types tab.
If you want to use a different Note Type for a specific encounter, go to Advanced Options in the recording modal.
Now, Autochart.ai will generate notes that match your writing style!
