In the Document View, the Transcription Tab on the right-hand side shows the formatted transcript by default. Click the eye icon to toggle between the original raw transcript and the formatted version.
Key Details:
The original raw transcript is uneditable and remains in the original spoken language (e.g., Arabic if the conversation was in Arabic).
The formatted transcript is editable and generated in the output language set during the recording. It is considered an AI-generated output and offers a clear, easy-to-read summary of the encounter, useful for reviewing specific points in the conversation.
The application can also handle multi-person conversations (e.g., provider, husband, and wife), with the formatted output separating who said what for clarity.
💡 Tip: If you find that there is nothing showing up for your note or in the Formatted Transcription, or it is showing "Unable to format consult due to insufficient info. Click 'Regenerate' to retry if this seems incorrect." or some other error message. Try clicking on the "eye" icon to see the raw transcript. If your transcript is complete, then this can help rule out mic issues. If you notice it is incomplete, it could be a mic issue or some other connection problem. Contact Support right away if you face issues with Note or Transcription generation.
