From the Encounter View, click on any record to enter the Document View. Here, we can see all the AI-generated outputs. The first page looks like this:

All outputs are editable—click anywhere to make changes directly with the full editing bar along the top.
Notes View (on the left): Displays the medical note in the selected format (e.g., SOAP), brevity (e.g., short), and output language you chose.
Transcription View (on the right): Shows the formatted transcript, neatly separated into the patient-provider conversation. To view the original raw transcript in the spoken language (e.g., Arabic), click the eye icon.
Note: The formatted transcript is an output, so it appears in the selected output language, while the raw transcript remains in the original spoken language.
Additional workflows are accessible as tabs at the top of the right pane:
Communication: Automatically generates emails summarizing the encounter, ready to be sent to patients.
Referrals: Enables the creation of referral notes for any medical specialty, with option to include additional instructions.
Chat: Provides real-time interaction with AI to modify outputs or generate additional content as needed.
Handouts: Offers quick access to reference documents related to your consult that can be easily copied and pasted into patient emails.
The Notes & Workflow View centralizes all AI-generated outputs and tools to streamline your workflow. With editable notes, formatted transcripts, and additional workflows like Communication, Referrals, Chat, and Handouts, you have everything you need to manage patient interactions efficiently and effectively.
