After Sign-Up Process
After signing up, you’ll be greeted with a welcome modal designed to personalize your experience and get you started quickly. Follow these steps to complete the process:
1. Fill Out the Welcome Form
Provide the following details to customize your account:
First Name and Last Name
Phone Number
Specialty: Choose the area of practice (e.g., Family Medicine, ER).
Prompt: Select a prompt style that fits your workflow.
Note Type: Specify the note format (e.g., SOAP).
Note Brevity: Select how long or short your notes should be.
Country of Practice
Input Language: The language you'll input notes in.
Output Language: The language for your generated notes.
Important Note:
Fields marked with a an asterisk symbol (*), are required.
You can change the options selected at a later date in Settings > AI Settings.
If you have multiple specialties (e.g., Family Medicine and ER), you can select more than one later on in Settings by going to Settings > AI Settings. For the Welcome Window, just select one to get started.
💡 Quick Tips:
These fields are searchable! You can click in a box and start typing what you need. For example:
Type Family Medicine under Specialty.
Type English under Input and Output Language
Type SOAP under Note Type.
2. Agree to the Terms
Before proceeding, review and agree to the following:
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Any patient, facility, or other consents required by local laws and regulations.
If you have a promo code, enter it on the promo box above Agree Before Continuing.

We provide a Sample Patient Consent Form. Feel free to customize and use it to streamline your consent process.
Once everything is complete, click Agree and Continue to proceed.
3. Verify Your Email
To activate your account:
Check your inbox for a verification email from Autochart.ai.
Click the verification link provided in the email.
Once verified, you’re all set to explore Autochart.ai!
Additional Notes
Adjust Settings Later: All the options selected during setup (e.g., Specialty, Prompt, etc.) can be modified later in Settings > AI Settings.
