Managing Your Autochart.ai Voice Subscription and Organization Details
The Subscription page enables you to access and oversee your organization's details and billing configurations for Autochart.ai Voice.
What You See on the Subscription Page
At the top, you'll find your Organization Information section containing:
- Clinic Name
- Organization ID
- Date Created
- Country
- Timezone
- Clinic Phone Number
- Clinic Address
- Province or State
- Primary Contact Name
- Primary Contact Email
- EMR System
"This section contains the core details used to configure your Voice Agent and ensure proper billing alignment."
Editing Organization Information
To modify your organization details:
- Click the Edit button in the top right corner of the Organization section
- Update the necessary fields
- Click Save to apply changes
- Click Cancel if you prefer not to keep the changes
These settings help ensure:
- Your Voice Agent operates in the correct timezone
- Calls link to the correct clinic phone number
- Your primary contact information remains accurate
- EMR configuration aligns properly
Important Notes
- Changes affect your entire organization, not just your personal account
- Only authorized users should update organization details
- "Incorrect timezone or phone number settings may affect Voice Agent behavior"
- For billing plan updates or subscription changes beyond clinic details, contact support
