Managing Your Autochart.ai Voice Account
Overview
The Account page enables users to view and update personal account details within Autochart.ai Voice. Access it by clicking Account in the left sidebar menu.
What You Can Manage
Name
This field displays the name associated with your user profile. You can update it if:
- Your name was entered incorrectly
- You prefer a different display name
This shows the email address connected to your account. "To change your email, please contact support."
Saving Changes
To update your information:
- Click Save
- Your changes will be applied to your account
Changes take effect immediately upon successful update.
Important Notes
- Your Account page controls personal login information, not clinic details
- Clinic-level settings and organization information are managed separately
- For organization details updates, refer to the appropriate dashboard section
