Creating an Autochart.ai Voice Account

Overview

This guide explains how to sign in, create a new account, and complete your clinic setup for Autochart.ai Voice.

Signing In to Autochart.ai Voice

If you already have an account:

  1. Go to the Autochart.ai Voice login page: voice.autochart.ai
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign in

With correct credentials, you'll be taken directly to your Voice dashboard.

Creating a New Account

If you're new to Autochart.ai Voice:

  1. Click Sign up here on the sign in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your name
  4. Create a password that:
    • Is at least 12 characters
    • Includes at least one special character
  5. Confirm your password
  6. Click Create account

Once your account is created, you'll be prompted to complete your clinic setup.

Completing Clinic Setup

After signing up, you'll need to enter your clinic details. You'll be asked to provide:

  • Clinic name
  • Country
  • Timezone
  • Clinic phone number
  • Clinic address
  • Province or state
  • Primary contact name
  • Primary contact email
  • EMR system

After completing all required fields, click Complete setup. This information ensures "the Voice Agent is configured correctly for your location, time zone, and workflow."

Resetting Your Password

If you can't remember your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the sign in screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send reset link
  4. Check your inbox and follow the email instructions

You'll need to create a new password that:

  • Is at least 12 characters
  • Includes at least one special character

After resetting, return to the sign in page and log in with your new password.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure your email address is entered correctly
  • Check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive the reset email
  • Ensure your password meets the minimum requirements
  • If the page doesn't load, try refreshing or clearing browsing data (cache) using an updated browser
