Autochart.ai Voice answers patient intake calls and sends the information into Autochart.ai, where it creates scheduled encounters for you.
How to access: Left sidebar -> Settings -> Autochart.ai Voice.
- Copy the Authentication Code shown on the page.
- Paste it into Autochart.ai Voice to link your account.
- Visits created by Voice then appear under Encounters -> Scheduled. Set the Source filter to Autochart.ai Voice to see only those.
Keep the code private. If it was shared by mistake, click Regenerate Code. The old code stops working, so you will need to enter the new one in Autochart.ai Voice.
Troubleshooting
- Voice visits are not showing up: Confirm the code was entered correctly, check the Source filter, and check that Patient Management is on.
- The link stopped working: You may have regenerated the code. Enter the new code in Autochart.ai Voice.
