Autochart.ai Voice Calendar Integrations

Overview

The Integrations page allows you to connect calendars and manage booking availability for your Autochart.ai Voice agents. Access this page by clicking Integrations in the left sidebar.

Scheduling

Under the Scheduling section, you'll find two main options:

  • Manage Calendar Availability
  • Microsoft Outlook

Setting Booking Availability

Click Manage Calendar Availability to configure your hours.

General Settings

You can set:

  • Timezone
  • Appointment duration (minutes)

The appointment duration must be a whole number between 5 and 200 minutes. This determines the length of appointments your Voice Agent will offer.

Weekly Hours

Under Weekly hours, define when your clinic is available:

  1. Click Add block
  2. Select a start time
  3. Select an end time
  4. Save the time block

You can create multiple time blocks per day if needed (for example, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM). If no blocks are added for a specific day, the Voice Agent won't offer appointments on that day. Time blocks can be removed at any time.

Microsoft Outlook Integration

Connect your Microsoft Outlook calendar to allow your Voice Agent to:

  • Check real-time availability
  • Avoid double bookings
  • Automatically create calendar events

Connecting Outlook

  1. Click Microsoft Outlook
  2. Click Connect Outlook Calendar
  3. Sign in to your Microsoft account
  4. Approve the required permissions

Once connected, your Voice Agent will sync with your Outlook calendar.

Important Notes

  • Ensure your timezone matches your clinic location
  • Appointment duration should reflect your standard booking time
  • Without a connected calendar, the Voice Agent cannot confirm real-time availability
  • Only authorized users should manage integrations

Feedback and Future Integrations

The platform is expanding integrations to support clinic workflows. Potential future additions include Google Calendar, custom booking platforms, and other third-party calendar providers.
