Overview

A limited number of fully funded annual licenses are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible clinicians who select Autochart.ai through the program receive an additional two months off their subscription renewal after the year passes.

Autochart.ai has been selected as a pre-qualified vendor for the National AI Scribe Program, launching June 10, 2025.

Who Is Eligible?

To qualify, you must be a primary care clinician practicing in Canada, including:

  • Family physicians
  • Nurse practitioners
  • Registered nurses in remote communities
  • Pediatricians providing longitudinal care in the community

How to Participate in the AI Scribe Program

1. Create your account

Sign up on autochart.ai. You'll start with a free 30-day trial—no credit card required.

2. Indicate your interest

During sign-up, check the box in the welcome popup indicating your role as a Family Physician, Pediatrician, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse practicing in a rural area.

3. We'll handle the rest

Your name will be automatically submitted to Canada Health Infoway. You'll receive an eligibility confirmation email—usually within one week.

4. Enjoy full access

During the 30-day free trial, you have full platform access. If approved, your account upgrades to a free 14-month license.
