The Transcription Tab in Autochart.ai's Document View enables toggling between two transcript versions by clicking the eye icon.

Original Raw Transcript The uneditable version "remains in the original spoken language (e.g., Arabic if the conversation was in Arabic)."

Formatted Transcript This editable version is "generated in the output language set during the recording" and functions as AI-generated output, providing a clean, readable summary ideal for reviewing conversation specifics.

Multi-Person Support The system handles multiple speakers (provider, family members, etc.), with formatted output clearly distinguishing who spoke.

Troubleshooting Tip

If the Formatted Transcription displays nothing or shows an error message, click the eye icon to view the raw transcript. A complete raw transcript indicates potential microphone or connection issues rather than processing problems. Contact Support if transcription generation continues failing.
