Start Dictation: Real-Time Clinical Dictation

Overview

The Real-Time Clinical Dictation feature enables users to "quickly add or edit note content using your voice, making editing faster, easier, and hands-free."

How to Use Real-Time Dictation

1. Start Dictation

Access the microphone icon labeled Start Dictation in the Document View section of your note to activate real-time speech-to-text functionality.

2. Place Your Cursor

Position your cursor at the specific location within your note where you want to insert content. Once positioned, begin speaking and your dictation will appear instantly.

3. Stop Dictation

Click the Stop Dictation button when finished. Your additions remain saved in the note.
