Patient communications are letters written for the patient, such as a visit summary letter.
How to access: Settings -> AI Settings -> Patient Communication tab.
- New Type: Create your own template.
- Learn My Style: Build a template from your own example.
- Star icon: Set a default.
- Click a name: Edit it.
To generate one: Open a completed encounter -> right pane -> Patient Communication -> Generate Patient Letter.
