Patient Management lets you store patient details, schedule encounters and link visits to a patient so the AI can use their history when writing notes.
Plan availability: Included on the Intensive plan or higher. On Starter and Daily it is available as an add-on. See pricing and plans.
How to access: Left sidebar -> Settings -> Patient Management.
- Click Enable. The page will confirm that Patient management is currently enabled.
- The Patients page and the Scheduled option under Encounters now appear in the sidebar.
To turn it off, click Disable.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot enable it or see a lock icon: Patient Management may need to be added as an add-on. Check Settings -> Subscription -> Plan & Add-Ons.
- Patients or Scheduled still missing: Refresh the page with Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac).
