Use this to turn an existing audio file or text document into a clinical note.
- Go to Encounters -> Completed.
- Click the filter icon next to the search bar, then Upload Transcript.
- Audio tab: Drag in audio or video files (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, MP4 or WebM, up to 200 MB each). Each file becomes its own note. Click Upload & Generate Notes.
- Text tab: Add a plain .txt file with a transcript, typed encounter or note from another system. Click Generate Note.
- Click Note Settings at the top of the dialog to change the note type, language and other settings. It says Using default settings until you do.
Troubleshooting
- File will not upload: Check that it is under 200 MB and in a supported format.
