Saved recordings
Saved recordings were stopped with Save for Later before a note was generated.
How to access: Left sidebar -> Encounters -> Saved.
Saved recordings sync across your browsers and devices. Open one to adjust the specialty, visit type or note type, then generate the note. They follow your Data Retention settings.
Incomplete recordings
Incomplete recordings were started but never turned into a note, for example if the browser was closed.
How to access: Left sidebar -> Encounters -> Incomplete.
- Click a card to preview the transcription.
- Click Resume Recording to keep recording or generate the note.
- Click Delete to remove it permanently.
Important: Incomplete recordings are stored only on the device and browser you used. Clearing browser data deletes them. To keep a recording across devices, use Save for Later.
