Snippets teach Autochart.ai words that a general AI would not know, such as colleagues' names, acronyms, clinic services and short forms. Snippets are private to your account and are not used to train our models.
How to access: Settings -> AI Settings -> Snippets tab.
- Click New Snippet.
- Under When Autochart.ai hears, type the word or phrase.
- Under Expand, shorten, or replace with, type what it should become.
- Click Save.

The AI may adapt a snippet to fit the flow of your note, so refine the wording if it is not coming out right. Use Show Archived to see old snippets.
Troubleshooting
- A snippet is not being used: Say the phrase clearly during the visit and make sure it matches the When Autochart.ai hears text. Short, unique phrases work best.
- The wording changes slightly: That is expected. Adjust the replacement text to be more specific.
