Minimum Hardware
- Memory (RAM): 4 GB or higher.
- Processor: 2 GHz or faster (a modern multi-core processor is ideal).
Internet Connection
- Minimum speed: 3 Mbps.
- A stable wired or Wi-Fi connection is recommended to avoid interruptions during recording.

Tips for Mobile Users
- Keep Autochart.ai in focus: The microphone only works when the Autochart.ai tab is open and active. Switching to another app or tab will pause or stop the recording.
- Browser recommendation: Use Safari on iPhone and iPad for the best experience. Avoid switching tabs while recording.
- Prevent screen lock: Make sure your phone's screen stays on during a recording session — the microphone stops if the screen locks.
- Auto-logout: To avoid being logged out mid-session, go to Settings -> Account -> Auto Sign-Out and set a longer timer.
- Microphone access: If the microphone is not working, check that Autochart.ai has microphone permission in your phone's settings.
