  • First Name: Enter your given name.

  • Last Name: Enter your family name.

  • Email Address: Use your professional or clinic email address.

    • Format Correctly: Ensure your email address follows the standard format: username@domain.com. For example, example@gmail.com.
    • No Spaces: Email addresses do not support spaces; avoid leaving any unintended gaps.
    • Double-Check the Domain: Popular domains include gmail.com, yahoo.com, and outlook.com. Misspellings like gamil.com will lead to errors.
    • Be Consistent: Use an email address that you have access to and check regularly.

  • Phone Number: Add Your Phone Number (Highly Recommended)

    • While technically optional, adding your phone number ensures a smoother setup and easier communication with our support team.
    • Account verification via text message
    • Faster support access (you’ll be able to receive help and updates by text)

  • Checkbox: Keep the box checked to agree to receive:

You’re almost done! Follow these quick steps to finish creating your account:

  • Step 1: Create a Strong Password

    • Enter a secure password with at least 12 characters.

      • Choose something unique to your Autochart.ai account

  • Step 2: Confirm Your Password

    • Re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password field to make sure there are no typos.

  • Step 3: Click “Create Account”

    • Select the green Create Account button to complete your registration. You’ll then be ready to sign in and start using Autochart.ai.
