This guide shows where everything lives so you can find any feature in a few clicks.
The left sidebar
The left sidebar is your main menu. If you only see icons, click the pin icon near the bottom of the sidebar to keep it open with labels.

Chat bubble: The blue bubble in the bottom right corner opens a live chat with our team.
Subscription ending banner: If you see a banner at the top of the sidebar, your subscription is cancelled and will end on the date shown. Go to Settings -> Subscription to reactivate.
Troubleshooting
- Missing a page like Patients or Scheduled? Turn on Settings -> Patient Management. Your plan or add-ons may also need to include it.
- A feature shows a lock icon? It needs a higher plan or an add-on. See Settings -> Subscription -> Plan & Add-Ons.
- Page looks broken or will not load? Refresh the page with Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac). If it still fails, sign out and back in, or chat with us.
- Best browser: Use an up-to-date browser and allow microphone access for Autochart.ai.
