The Communication Tab enables you to summarize interactions in non-technical language, for patients or guardians, to have a clear record of the consultation. The idea is then to communicate the summary back to the patient through secure messaging for closed loop communication.

Examples of Use:

  • Primary Care: Summarize key points discussed, tests or prescription medications, next steps, and patient instructions for better understanding and accountability.

  • Medical Aesthetics: Send a follow-up email detailing recommended treatments, promotional offers, pricing, and suggested treatment frequency.

  • Chiropractic/Physiotherapy: Provide a session summary with recommended exercises, therapies, appointment schedules, and follow-up care plans.

💡 Tips for Effective Use

  • Be Specific and Actionable: Clearly outline what the patient or guardian needs to know or do.

  • Include Context: Reference previous interactions to provide a comprehensive view of the patient’s journey.

This feature enhances communication, ensures accountability, and delivers a professional, patient-centered experience.
