The Scheduled page lists all upcoming visits linked to patient records. As your schedule fills up, the search and filter tools help you find a specific visit or focus on a particular day.
How to access: Left sidebar -> Encounters -> Scheduled.
Search
Type a patient's name in the search bar to filter the list instantly.
Date shortcuts
- Today — shows only today's scheduled visits.
Filter options
Click the filter icon next to the search bar to open additional options:
- Date range: Pick Tomorrow, Next Week, or set a custom date range on the calendar.
- Sort Order: Switch between Recent (newest first) or Oldest (oldest first).
- Charts per page: Show 5, 10, or 20 visits per page.
- Source: Filter by All, Autochart.ai (manually scheduled), or Autochart.ai Voice (visits created by the Voice Agent).
Tips
- If your list looks empty, check whether a date filter is active. Click Today to reset to today, or clear the date range to see all scheduled visits.
- The Source filter is useful when you use Autochart.ai Voice — it lets you see only the visits created by the Voice Agent in one view.
Coming soon: Import Day Sheet CSV is shown in the filter panel but is not yet available.
