Integrations connect Autochart.ai to your EMR or other medical software.
How to access: Left sidebar -> Settings -> Integrations.
- Under Select an Integration, open the Integrations List and choose your software (for example Pathways BC).
- Follow the prompts to connect it.
- Connected tools appear under Active Integrations. Click the x next to one to remove it.
- If your software is not listed, scroll to Request a Custom Integration, describe what you need and click Submit Request. Your requests appear under Requested Integrations.
Some tools unlock extras inside Autochart.ai. For example, the Pathways BC integration powers the Pathways tool on an encounter.
Troubleshooting
- The Pathways tab shows nothing: Make sure the integration is listed under Active Integrations and the note has enough clinical detail.
- An integration will not connect: Remove it, add it again, and refresh the page. If it still fails, contact support with the integration name.
