Extra encounters: If you reach your monthly limit, extra encounters can be added for a per-encounter fee shown on the pricing page.
Locked features: A lock icon in the app means the feature needs a higher plan or an add-on. To upgrade, go to Settings -> Subscription -> Plan & Add-Ons.
