Resetting Your Password

Follow the steps below:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email and check your inbox for a verification code. Don't forget to check your spam as well. If email verification does not work or you prefer other verification methods, choose SMS verification.
  3. Enter Verification Code and click Verify Code:

4. Set a new secure password:

  • Enter a secure password with at least 12 characters.
  • ✅ What is a secure password?
    • Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
    • Avoid common words or easily guessed phrases
    • Choose something unique to your Autochart.ai account

**5. Log in using your updated credentials. **
