Resetting Your Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email and check your inbox for a verification code. Check your spam folder too. If email verification does not work, choose SMS verification.
  3. Enter the verification code and click Verify Code.
  4. Set a new secure password (at least 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols).
  5. Log in using your updated credentials.
