My Account: Profile Settings
To keep your profile information up to date in Autochart.ai, follow these simple steps:
- Access Your Profile Settings:
- Go to Settings > My Account > Profile.
- Editable Fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Province/State
- Postal Code
- Clinic Name
- Phone Number
- Country of Practice
- Email Address Changes:
- For security reasons, email updates require assistance.
- Contact us via:
- Chat bubble on our website (bottom right corner)

General Preferences Tab:
- The settings in this tab allow you to customize your Autochart.ai experience to serve you best.
- The "Advanced Options" menu opens by default in the Recording window. If you would like it be collapsed, simply click the checkbox here to customize your settings.
