How to Update Your Profile

How to access: Left sidebar -> Settings -> Account -> Profile tab.

  1. Update your First Name, Last Name, Province/State, Postal Code, Clinic Name or Country of Practice.
  2. Click Save.

Your email address is the one you log in with and is shown at the bottom of the sidebar.

Auto Sign-Out

Auto Sign-Out logs you out after a period of inactivity, which protects patient information if you step away.

  1. Go to Settings -> Account -> Auto Sign-Out tab.
  2. Pick a time from the dropdown (for example 1 hour).
  3. Click Set My Auto Sign-Out Time.

Tip: If you are signed out in the middle of a visit, use Encounters -> Incomplete to resume the recording.
