How to access: Settings -> Subscription -> Plan & Add-Ons.
- Use the Part-Time or Full-Time toggle and the Monthly or Annual toggle to see the right pricing.
- Compare the plans. Each plan lists its monthly encounters, session length and included features.
- Choose a plan, or click Add next to an add-on such as Real-time Translation, Patient Management or Quick Insights.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Your current plan is marked Current plan.
Download invoices
- Go to Settings -> Subscription -> Billing History.
- Find the invoice by date and click Download to save the receipt.
- To check your card, go to the Overview tab and look under Payment Information.
